I'm currently in Cincinnati for the Lori Foster Author/Reader Get Together. I got here at about four, and after realizing that nothing much is happening until 4 PM on Friday, I went to dinner by myself. The restaurant was practically empty, but then three ladies came in and were seated right next to my table. I heard them talking about driving down from Canada, and I was thinking, "I wonder if one of them is Mary G?" I had it in my head that Mary was a blonde. Well, she isn't. I had checked her Facebook picture before I left home and I guess it was because she wasn't wearing glasses in that picture, either that or my frazzled brain said: "No glasses=Blonde." Anyway, she recognized me when I turned to surreptitiously see if one of those ladies who actually was a blonde was Mary. She was with two other writers, Anara Bella and Leah Braemel who both write for Samhain. So I moved over to their table and we had a nice dinner together.





















The biggest laugh of the evening went to Willy, of course, whom I just happened to have in my purse!





















By about 9PM, we realized that the staff was wanting to set the table up for breakfast, so the party broke up. While I was on my way back to my room, a message came through on my phone from Marie Force. I called her back and she came down to visit for a little while. Now I'm trying to decide whether to call it a day or work on the interview questions our publicist just sent me for one of Virgin's guest blogs. Either way, I NEED MORE TEA!!!!
